Yoga and Mindfulness at CWZC
NOTE: Yoga classes are now paused over the summer. We will pick up again with a new schedule in August 2026.

5.00 – 6.15 pm
With support from the Glasgow Wellbeing Fund, the Cloud Water Zen Centre is pleased to offer a regular course of FREE Yoga and Mindfulness classes to support health and wellbeing. Classes will take place at the Zen Centre every Tuesday, and are open to all but are particularly aimed for those who might not be able to afford commercial courses.
During the classes you will learn some simple but effective mindfulness and yoga techniques to help you manage your everyday life, deal with stress and pain, improve your concentration and focussing skills, and boost your general health and wellbeing.
